121-125 Newark Avenue-The city buys this property under Schundler's direction.  It lacks the necessary paper work but it approved at the council meeting.

Claremont Avenue-The city buys the board of ed building for $9 million but it is assessed at $2 million. Another example of campaign contributions linked to Schundler campaign.
