1994 Layoffs-Bret Schundler targeted permanent employees who did not support his re-election campaign.

Raises-During and immediately after the layoffs, Schundler created new job titles and raises.  Between 1993 and 1995 over $1.3 million was spent.  The salaries of the laid off employees went to his supporters.

The Courts-The Judge included the laid off employees in the union case without notifying them.

B.A.Officer-Robert Lombard lied in Judge Samuels' court. His voice is on tape.

NID-Schundler's political army.  NID employees did not pass the civil service test.

Penalty - The city is finally caught violating Civil Service.

The Tax Assessor-Schundler went after him because he answered a question truthfully.

Top Cop - Schundler ask Chief Thynne to retire.  Thynne said this is "retaliation" after he ordered an investigation into the shredding of documents.
