Annotated Bibliography

• We live in a society where proof is essential, hence the need for a bibliography.  Before written language became common place, witnesses gave oral testimony.  The Greek word for witness is martyr, in English this means truth.   My truth comes from attending over 12 years of council meeting, but it also comes from the written word.
